Easy enough to switch, steadily improving
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly intuitive coming over from other OS GUIs (OSX, Windows) and doesn't require a lot of time to get accustomed to while still benefiting from being on Linux for its use in coding/development.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there's been a lot of improvement over time, but it can be prone to slowdowns and occasional crashes. Some small but expected things, like browser dark mode don't have full support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GUI for Linux, easier app updates etc.

Ubuntu the best flavor distribution I ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Based on the Linux and Unix-like Debian systems, Ubuntu is a free and open-source operating system created by Canonical Ltd.
Like other significant distributions, Canonical and Ubuntu have contributed to several initiatives that support their long-term.
It runs on desktop computers, server or cloud platforms, and IoTs. It is available in three editions: Desktop, Server, and Core. Keep in mind that it's a well-liked OS for cloud computing.
Operating System for personal and Business Computers that is free. Works on a Variety of Hardware or Software. Very customisable and user-friendly.
