What do you like best about the product?
User friendly , robust , secure ,cost-effective . It is the best Linux distro for a Linux newbie . Connecting to printers is easy . It also good on old hardwares
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Only the user has to go through the newly added and changed features of a new version before installing it right away

User friendly. A new user takes less time to cope with it while migrating from Windows than other Linux distros, thus making a cost-effective replacement for Windows .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide support for a lot of day-to-day used software. Even if the device has a low-level set of hardware, it works smoothly. The way it supports the latest graphics driver is a blessing in disguise. The operating system's boot time is significantly less than other operating systems. It has mesmerising, soothing looks, like icons, window tabs, etc. The Ubuntu Operating System has high security since it was created on Linux architecture. The UI of Ubuntu is a perfect combination for both types of users, new and advanced users.
