The Online Application for GRC Has Eased the Process
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accessing and administering the policies and personnel menus has given the team some freedom to carry out other tasks. The Drata team keep adding up to the feature requests as we require.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it may take a while before the updates are completed for what we require hurriedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is helping us meet the compliance requirements for our Data Privacy and Security, Vendor Security, and improving our knowledge of what to watch out for when working with customers' data. The new additions and updates are interesting, and the latest features provided are aligned with what we require. I believe Drata will keep meeting customers' needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We just finished our SOC 2 type 2 and are also using Drata for GDPR compliance. Ryan our customer service rep recommended a partner to help with our recently completed auidit and it was smooth sailing. Drata is easy to use, easy to navigate and has top tier customer service.

Drata is always making new improvements to better their product. There is not much that I disklike about Drata.

Takes a litle to get used to, but once you gat the hang of it its pretty easy to use.

Drata helped us aotumate our SOC II compliance with easy to use unterface and a large libray of cloud integrations.
SOC, ISO and HIPAA compliance is a monumental task to complete manually and drata has done a fantastic job to simplify the controls in easy to understand components.

Out of the four systems I reviewed, Drata stood out as the best by far. Its ease of implementation, seamless creation, organization, and visibility of policies and reports, and comprehensive preparation for onsite and remote audits were unparalleled. The system offers fantastic monitoring features, significantly contributing to employee and company peace of mind, thereby fostering secure relationships with partners and clients.
I could hardly imagine the magnitude of challenges I would have faced had I started ISO 27001 from scratch. With Drata, I saved an astounding 8-12 months of work! The support provided by Drata is nothing short of epic; always ready to assist and ensure smooth operations.
Moreover, Drata offers excellent recommendations and has a network of partners to provide solutions for security training, background checks, HRIS, ticketing, identity, and much more. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and I have it configured for weekly Security Controls Status Updates.
